Confidentiality is assured as our call centre is enclosed area. We have incorporated sound absorption materials and techniques within our call centre, including background noise reducing headsets for our interpreters. All interpreters are required to shred their notes using our shredding service boxes located right outside the call centre. They all abide by a code of ethics including confidentiality as part of their contractual obligations and training. Home-based interpreters are required to work in private, uninterrupted home offices that has a dedicated phone line that is not shared with the rest of the household. They are also required to shred their notes upon completion of their shift.
